Mags specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction, wellness, and health for men of all ages. Low back pain, genital numbness, urinary and fecal incontinence, tail bone pain, and pain with intercourse can all be treated with conservative methods at Fit for Life Physical Therapy.

For patients seeking prevention on the issues above, we provide education and manual techniques to improve the health of your connective tissue and prevent problems such incontinence after prostetectomy. For patients wanting to strengthen their abdominal, pelvic floor, hips and back muscles for improved mobility, we can guide you through specific exercises and develop a home program that you can really stick to.

We also understand the physical changes men face when aging and the science to prevent and decrease health issues such as osteoporosis and risk of falls. Patient Education is an important piece of each visit.  The pelvis is a complicated and special part of the body and many men may not understand or feel connected to the pelvis.  It has been shown in research that men that understand their medical problems get better faster.
