We are an outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation team with specializations in manual therapy, neurological rehabilitation, pilates, and pelvic health. We are committed to providing local quality care for our community in the Foothills of Sierra Nevada.
We are currently located in Grass Valley, CA. Our facility is brand new and we will have room for an additional PT to join us. We are looking for a good fit with a PT who values a collaborative team, and an approach which nurtures individual strengths and encourages lifelong improvement and learning.

PT Duties Include:
Evaluate clients & develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs.
Choose activities that will help the clients to carry out their daily works independently.
Monitor clients as they carry out the task given to them.
Observe & assess clients progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly.
Maintain safe and clean working environment.
Maintain documentation of client care services by auditing records.
Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort.
PT Requirements Include:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Current California State PT License.
2 years Physical Therapy experience
Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
